application form and our personal
application form.
- Submit your applications by mail
or by fax at 416-923-1343.
- We review the applications of each
resident to assess whether Fellowship Towers will make the
ideal home.
- We will then invite you for a meeting,
where we can discuss whether Fellowship Towers is the right
home for you.

valuable information about what to expect from retirement
living.
